Refund/Return Policy:

Returns that occur within 7 days of original delivery date are eligible for a cash refund. Returns that occur up to 14 days after original delivery date are eligible for store credit or exchange ONLY. Returns after the 14 day period will not be accepted. Custom orders are not eligible for returns. Original sales receipt and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must accompany returns. Please contact customer service to obtain an RMA before shipping the return. Items returned AFTER 14 days and/or WITHOUT contacting Supreme Athletic Wear will NOT be refunded.

Please note that orders originally shipped under "free shipping" will have their true shipping costs deducted from the refund/credit amount.

Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is “without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.” Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by Supreme Athletic Wear.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by Supreme Athletic Wear, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from Supreme Athletic Wear, or items that you did not order but received from Supreme Athletic Wear will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Supreme Athletic Wear may, at its discretion, charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 14 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of replacement order if seller is not at fault.
